Training informal economists: BKD Academy’s contribution to Siem Reap tourism

300 street vendors and tuk-tuk drivers in Siem Reap trained in food safety, hospitality, and tourism skills.
BKD Academy partnered with SDF, YEAC Siem Reap, and local authorities to deliver structured training to 300 informal-economy workers in tourism. 150 street food vendors learned hygiene and food safety, and 150 tuk-tuk drivers learned hospitality and basic English. H.E. Ngov Seng Kak presided over the certificate ceremony.
